Default WHats the best way to unseize rusted fittings

the clutch line on my 90 accord is rusted and will not unbolt. its tghe hose that goes fromt he drivers side firewall over to the passenger side firewall down under the air box. iv tried alot and it will not come free. any solvents or any tips that can help me unseize it.

i have a replacement hose to replace it with

i was just worried about fuel and having a torch near it. what can i use to heat it up? a torch? what else?

Heat
Penetrating Fluid
Flare Nut Wrenches (DO NOT use open end wrenches)
Patience
and try tightening it first before loosening it (will sometimes break it loose)
