when the itr was introduced in japan in 96, they came with a 4x114 bolt pattern, the new itr 97 and up itr's have 5x114.

you shure on that , by the looks of things its the same caliper as the accords (they share pads to) and it seems to be a 10 inch rotor . if so its the same as the 94 up accords and that will fit the 14inch rims

the brakes are the same as the stock integra, then that would be a yes on the 14s..
