Default Cold Air VS Short Ram Air Intake - 95 accord

I am thinking of getting a new intake setup for my 95 honda accord lx.

Should i get cold air intake or the short ram air intake?

What will give me more power and a better sound and better MP3?

I live in phoenix, AZ - i dont know if the heat will make a differnce.

Hope that helps, if not, there is a 1000000 other topics regarding this.

Better MP3, no idea what you're talking about.

As far as SR(short ram) vs CAI(cold air) sounding. A friend has a TSX w/ SR and it sounds deeper than mine, but at high RPM I can tell no difference.
