one specific question: does the engine look corroded or is that normal?

i wouldn't pay more than 5.5K for it.

and the motor looks fine...just looks dirty.

I wouldn't pay more than 5k personally. But it looks fine to me.

Thanks for the help, I was thinking maybe $3400 max, 120K miles isn't brand new

It's fairly average for a Honda though.
