Default could it be bad grounding?

my 97 integra have some electric problem. The car is an automatic and pretty much all stock. But the car would "restart" itself, like it I had disconnect the battery which cause the radio, clock to reset it self. It happens once or twice a week. Could it be bad grounding? the battery is about 1 year old from autozone. Thanks.

does it shut the car off when you're driving, or do you just notice that your stuff is reset when you get in the car?

Car doesn't shutt off when driving.

Things reset when turn the key to "ignition". It just blinks and reset.

At a guess I'd say it might be the memory power wire (one that keeps a small amount of power going to the radio etc. to keep the time and all that from resetting. I'm thinking maybe that wire has a short/bad connection, could be a ground too though, but I'd start with that wire.

Where is the memory power wire? does it goes from fuse box to radio/time?

If you look in your fuze panel you'll find the fuze for the clock, I'd start by checking that, if it's not that, either trace the wire from the back of the clock to the fuze box or vice versa.
