Anyone encounter this problem..

I was at the red light and it turned green..went to first gear and slowly released the clutch car was boggin and jerkin a coupleof time..took it out of first gear and put it back in slowly released the clutch and it was okay..Got home and now its hard to start the car...cranks takes like 5-8 sec to start now, normaly its like 2 sec only

car: 94 del sol Vtec B16a3

could it be fuel pump...Distributor...

haven't changed the spark plugs either, when i bought the car...could this be the problem

anyone knows..im going out to buy plugs, oil, and oil filter.....

 

is it trying to crank but wont turn over?

 

yea but then it does turno over it just takes longer than usual eversince the boggin thing happned...i check low on oil, so im guessin the spark plugs aren't good

 

check the rotor on the distributor and see if its in good condition it might be worth picking one up there like $8 bucks or so get another cap while your at it.

 

do you have your ignition advanced or retarded??

 

okay found out the problem..two of the spark plugs wasn't screw all the way in... i hope this solves it though
