car has been shutting off and running really garbage latly, on way home from work last night my oil light cxame on and car ran for abit then shut off at a stop sign. had get car toed home, full oil in it still.

i changed oil/oil filter/plugs, nothing is working.

full tank of gas

have all power in the car and lightss and assecories, battery is fine.

should have spark.

Should have spark? Have you checked? You need three things for it to run: compression, spark, fuel. Do you know how to check for these things? How long is "a bit" before the car shut off?

Sounds like could be a head gasket issue. I would check your coolant and spark plugs!

sounds like something in your distributor went. everything turns on, but your car wont start, same **** happened to me, replaced the distributor and off I went no problem anymore.

I was luckily at work at the time. Got all the way to work, and bam, motor started to slowly die. I didn't get any lights though, but then again, my check oil light NEVER comes on, so I dunno if that **** happens or not.

Get your dizzy checked.

the dizzy is pretty hacked.
running 3 yeard old rusted msd external coil with a cut off internal coil connector so i cant even put it back to stock.

the plugs were soaked with oil, one plug wire is burnt out n cracked inside the tube connecting to th e cap

and the cap has leaks/cracks.

honda has been hit in the front 3 times and is still good, and the crankshaft bolt came out one night on my ex and timing went off and well it got fixed etc....

shuld i just get rid of this ****ing shitbox for 400$ + free toe ??? to a junk yard.

if i were to try n save the car, i would need a whole load of parts n $ tbh.
