Default Too much speed for the del sol?

For a couple of months now something inside the passenger side dash area is crackling, popping, buzzing whenever I reach around 60+ miles per hour then goes away when I go under the speed it starts at. Sounds electrical, but I have no idea what it could be and why only at those speeds. The car runs fine. It's stock as a rock right now. Stock computer. Any ideas?
Car is a 1995 Del Sol S

Does it sound like water sizzleing when it hits hot metal??? Might have a fluid leak.

Does it always happen even if the a/c is on? off? heater on? off?

blower motor maybe???

May be major or not, but its annoying enough for me to drive under 60 mph just to not hear that god awful noise.

i doubt it is your speakers. if you're giving out noise it should be noticable at all speeds and depends on turning up/down volume.

when you hit 60mph, it's probably something rattling that is loose. check around... i found a screw falling off my door. don't worry about it because eventually you will find it.

pull out the dash and investigate. there is a lot of stuff in there... perhaps some critters have made a home in there

Car is a 1995 Del Sol S</TD></TR></TABLE> Take it to your local tire shop and have the wheels rotated (and balanced, the tires are probably screwed by now). _60 mph_ only affects the balance.
