Default oil leak need help asap!!

hey i have a 95 Cx civic hatch with a d15c8, and the head has a leak on the left side of the motor right by the distributor. Was wondering how could i fix the problem... And i also need to replace the valve stem seals, how long would that take and would that bump up my compression back to normal...

here is how they read with a compression test... 1- 130-155,2- 185-200,3-180-190.4-130-150
please help thanks

The oil leak near your dizzy could be the oil seal O-ring. It is an o-ring gasket seal that you can purchase either from a dealer, or from a parts store -just have to get the correct size.

Compression can be lost from bad valve seals. Valve seal replacement is not the simplest task -most of the time it is recommended for a professional.

That will do the trick if that's where the leak is coming from. I agree with jdmcars.com however. It's probably your distributor o-ring. It's only a couple bucks from the dealer for a new one. You can get them at automotive parts stores too, but they don't carry specific o-rings for your distributor. They would just match it up as best they could. I'd just go straight to Honda to avoid any hassles.
