Default GSR cluster into EG hatch.

Okay fellas I know its been done and believe I've searched through recent and archived posts, maybe not all but alot, and I still cannot find a post describing how to do it and what to do. So my question is is it an easy swap to put the GSR gauge cluster into my EG or am I better off getting the EG6 gauge cluster. Mind you I already have the GSR cluster. Any positive input would be appreciated.

eg6 cluster is a better choice if you want easy. the gsr is better imo {thats what i put in mine} but the fit is not very good there are alot of gaps and it will take alot of work to fill it in and make it look like oem. go with the eg6 if you want easy go gsr if you can work with fiberglass and know how to make a wiring harness.

Rewiring requires you to cut the plugs off the EG harness and solder on the Integra plugs for a clean install. Or you can twist the wires together and black tape it. Then you will need to cut your cluster bezel and get a sheet of plexiglass (?) to make a clear cover for the cluster. It will require more work than to put in an EG6 cluster. IMO, I prefer the EG6 cluster over a GSR cluster. Type-R cluster on the other hand...

Unless its a ITR cluster why bother. Might as well put the dash in to and roll with no door panels
