Default removing the dash, do i have to remove the climate control?

I cant seem to get the climate controls out, it seems like there are some screws or bolts behind it. How do i remove the climate controls? is it nessessary for removing the dash?

i'm pretty sure you have to remove the climate control first. behind the hazard and defrost buttons are two screws. there is a better explanation on team-integra.net, just search its out there.

which part of the climate control are you talking about? yes it all has to come out. dont forget the little ***** that you use to slide the temp and how hard its blowing off too. and disconnect all harneses before pulling.

Pop out the hazards/defrost button and disconnect the harness. There's a 10mm bolt / or screw i forgot on each side behind those buttons. On the passenger foot area top left corner, there should be a black wire, unclip that and pull off the climate control.

Actually here's a link with pictures
