obdI or II

can anyone tell me if a 99 honda civic si has an obdI or II cause i want to go hondata soon and from what i have been able to understand here I need and OBDI,

BTW, what IS obd1 and 2??

A 99 Si will be OBD2b, so make sure you get an OBD2b-OBD1 conversion harness. Check out the sponsor marketplace for conversion harnesses. Everyone and their mother sells them now.
