Thats exactly the same number my friends b18c-r dynoed at..186whp but he had 122tq..this was with dc 4-1 header,2" exhaust,chipped p28 tuned by him..I dont know how you got such good tq..? Whatever though,, nice numbers..

What cams do you guys recommend ? Would a header upgrade be worth it?

not too sure but it was tuned on a Hub style dyno maybe thats it.

Look into buddyclub stage3,toda-b cams,or some rocket m22 cams,,Alot of people like the skunk2 or the blox stage 2 cams but I have no experience with those..

Yeah get rid of that header,,it will only hold you back,,get something like an-r...Unfortunealty though all the good headers are friggen expensive..
