Default EG Climate Control Relocation-- It can be done...

I finally got around to doing this today...
The climate control was kinda jammed in there for the time being. I plan on cleaning it and the whole audio console up later. Temperature cable and everything works for the climate control
And yes I know the third gauge is a little off.

I guess you didn't read my full post...

As for a write-up, I can come up with one, but won't have photos. I guess I can pull it apart though to do it.

Is the top basically just a DIN slot? Did you have to extend any wires or anything? I've thought about putting all my gauges in the 2 top DIN slots for easier viewing.

I got lucky and didn't have to extend anything. It's not a din slot, it's a different size.
I would recommend taking the climate control out and tracing that.

you should have just put the climate control where the cd player was and put the cd player in the optional console, thats what they were made for. but its your car and your a leader not a follower so

Why did you move the climate control rather than the cd player?

I liked it better that way. Integras have the climate control down below also. My car, my preference.

Thanks for the comment.. climate controls are always that color on the Civics. Only way to get black is to get one out of the Odyssey.
