Default Fuses on positive battery terminal?

I am currently doing a swap in my 91 dx civic and was wondering if these 2 fuses on my positive battery terminal will complicate my swap some how...everyone i know has no clue what they are doing and there was no work done to my car before i have got it.....does anyone have any clue what these fuses are for? i am going to have to be fiddling with my harness to switch to MPFI from DPFI and was just wondering what these fuses are or maybe what they do? they are boggling my mind

Assuming the car is 4dr, those fuses would be for the power seat belts.
Will not conflict with the wiring job that you need to do.
