ok so there is a line that goes from the valve cover to the intake....i removed the line a just got a breather for the valve cover, but there is the other side of this that still was connected to the car....i disconnected the lines which seemed to have coolant in them and just connected them together...is that ok or did the metal tube have a purpose?

 

if u connected the coolant passage and know what ur doing with the breather line, ur good to go
