Need help with Koni Yellow/GC install....
I just got through with installing Koni Yellows/GC on my '89 CRX Si. Ran into a couple of issues -
1.) My car didn't have one bumpstop on it. I bought my car from the second owners (in their 60's) with 30K on it. I'm 100% sure the first two owners didn't touch the shocks, so where are the bumpstops? My Helms manual says I'm supposed to have them. Did they break up and fall out of the shocks? My wife had taken our other car so I had no way to get to a dealership to buy them so I installed them without any. How bad wil it be to drive the car without them until I can get them?
2.) I dumped my car. Sure it looks cool but with the Katrina ravaged roads in my area it's not going to work. They say the Koni Yellow/GC combo is supposed to be capable of a little as a .75" drop. I can get about two fingers between the fenders an tires, way more than .75". What did I do wrong? The snap rings were in the middle position. The car is even front to rear but too low for bad roads. Give me clues on how to raise it.
Thanks.....

if you have coilovers...
Thanks guys I'll try raising it tommorow. After thinking about my install, I think I can raise it no problem. Just suffered a minor brain fart.
I think I'll go ahead and buy the bumpstops from Honda (their $12 friggin dollars apiece from the dealer). Unless you guys are absolutely sure I don't need them...
