here u go in the book it calls for 90'-91' intake= 0.006-0.007- inch/ exhaust= 0.007-0.008 inch
for 92'-93'\ non vtec = intake=0.003-0.005 / exhaust = 0.006-0.008- inch
now if u got the vtec gsr then its intake = 0.006-0.007/ exhaust = 0.007-0.008 inch
now i recomend it u havnt done it before then looser is better u can always go back and tighten them up safer that way............. good luck
