throttle body cable and gas pedal

throttle body cable and gas pedal

how can i adjust my gas pedal cable when it leads to my throttle body cable??

any help would be great

pop the hood look at the throttle body see where the cable is? now follow it to the left a little youll see a braket holding it and two jam nuts loosen and adjust.

thats what i did..
but when the car is on and i tug on the cable its fine and doesnt get stuck
but when i step on the gas..the cable gets stuck
wtf is it??

disconnect the cable from the pedal assembly and check the bushing. Sometimes the cable will rub a groove into the bushing causing it to bind.
