Default weird ecu cel ? wiring nightmare

well i have some problems and some questions.....i have a 95 civic dx with a jdm b16a sirii motor and jrsc and have finally got it all together but when i start the car it turns over fine and idles well....when you start to rev the motor it will only go up to 3,000 rpm and then the check engine light will come on. So i know the ecu is putting it into limp mode. But heres the weird part when i shut the car back off and go to check the codes the check engine light goes off and the shows no codes.....now when i reset the ecu and then go to check the codes it gives me no codes and the srs light flashes a 21....i removed the driverside bag long ago and have never encountered any codes from the srs light. So i started the car with the plug inputted to check codes when the car was running and got a code 8 which is tdc sensor? if anyone has any info please drop me a line its much appreciated

TDC sensor would make the car rum very LIMP lol. You can check it using the info in a shop manual ( it is located inside the distributor) or if you can try whiching out your dissy for a known working one...
Good luck and cheers
