Default b16a cams or b18c cams

I am putting together a lsvtec. I have a b16a head and i want to put in b18c cams. But some one said that the b16 cams would probably be better. Can anyone back this up? I heard that putting in the b18c cams would add maybe a few hp.

B18C/GSR cams are actually slightly better than any/all B16A cams. Si cams are OK though. You probably won't even feel a difference. You're better off with upgrading to a set of Type-R cams if you can afford them at this time, rather than toying with B16A and GSR cams...

I already have the gsr cams. And i dont have the money to buy itr cams and then buy the valves and stuff to be able to put them in. I wish i could. But I guess I will stick with the gsr cams. Even if i dont feel it, it should make a slight difference. thanks
