Default my b16 has a boo boo

So I posted last night, about my engine making horrible sounds, I checked the oil and the coolant, and nothing was mixing. I cracked the car, and once the car got warm it idled down and I could her it was deff the head making the noise,
It sounds like im in bad need of a valve adjustment times ten haha
I noticed that it was coming from the far right hand side.
So I started to look at my valves and stuff. And one of my rocker arms is like warn down and all the others are fine. They all have kind of an arch to them except for that one, and that where the sound is coming from
It’s not miss-firing, it’s not sputtering or nothing it’s just real loud
Do you think that, that is the reason it making that loud almost knocking sound?
Or could it just need a valve adjustment? It’s not like I can go to autozone and get new parts for it either which it gay
Help is greatly appreciated.

Man the only way for you to really know is to go to an experienced honda mechanic, we can't hear you sound online so we can't truly diagnos it for you. A valve adjustment never hurts so try that first and if the noise is still there then take it to a professional.

There is also a difference between knocking and ticking. Vavles do not knock when they are loose they tick. If you have a knocking sound it may be more than you think.

Every time I hear about a B16 ticking,
The first thing that comes to mind is the "lost motion assemblies"..

Mine drove me crazy until I replaced them..
