I have a eg with damage to the passenger side frame rail. I trook it to a shop that had a frame rack but they told me it couldnt be pulled out and that it would need to be replaced. I was thinking about making a tube front end. I work at a welding shop so ill be able to do the work I just don't know if it is a good idea? If anyone has done this before or whatever any advice would be great.

 

Not a good idea for a daily driver, the front end will align like ****, and let alone its not safe in an accident.

 

Did they say "Why?" it couldn't be pulled out or their unwillingness to do so?
