91 teg starts then stalls
in not getting a CEL, all fuses good, fuel pump good, new sparkplugs, distributor, plugwires and it has gas.
it starts up for like a second then stalls out. im new to the whole honda thing so i was wondering what would you guys check next? i was thinking possible clogged fuel filter or clogged cat. anyone else have any ideas? its all stock. oh and i played with the timing a little. didnt really change anything.

update: pulled main relay out and tested per FSM, but i have a question on it. i think its good, but not sure. when i hooked it up like the FSM said and checked it with the multimeter it clicked and showed the voltage, but the voltage was only there for a second. is that the way its supposed to work? it did that for each step of the FSM.
