Default ek steering/handling problem

hey guys, when i slammed my 2000 civic coupe, I of course had to get the camber/toe done. So I got skunk2 ajd. in the front, and that took care of the front, and for the rear, I had to get upper ajd, and also lower control arms that we're a lil shorter than OE to suck the bottom of the tire in, so the top could be adjusted properly. I'm sure you've seen them, Omni has them,Cusco, etc. I put them all on, and had Les Schwab to the alignment. Here's the problem...even though the car has proper camber and toe, it is handling really strange. Lets say Im on the freeway, and I make a quick change over to the next lane...the rear of the car feels like its "following" me...its kinda hard to explain, but the rear feels like it does an "after waving effect", almost like the rear is playing catch up to my steering. I was wondering if it was because the rear tires are inwards more then the front, because of the extreme rear camber kit I had to put in? I would put wheel spacers in, but I only have a 1/4in or so of clearance from the top of the tire, to my inner rear fender. Sorry for such a long write up, but this problem is really buggin me. Any info helps. thanks HT

i had this same problem, but it was only when i sway back and forth pretty hard, not just changing lanes. i got a c pillar bar, mostly for looks and not expecting it to do anyting but it actually minimized this "following" thing, i was pretty stocked that a 30 dollar bar did something.

my setup was tokicos, sunk 2 coilovers, suspesnion technique sway bars, and front strut

yea, it's even worse when I sway back and forth more agressively. It feels like the rear end is goin to get sideways on me!! I'll tray a rear sway bar,and see how much that helps, but i want to fix the problem, not just "reduce it". I don't have the best suspension set up...Gsr shocks and nuerospeed springs, a buddy of mine gave em to me for temperary use untill I get my D2's I also have a front lower H-brace and front strut.

a sway bar in the rear will not help, they are to keep the body level when turning and helping the car to rotate. it sounds like the rear toe i out, i put a set of rear spc lower arms on like you described and upper camber kit (all for the rear) and i didnt have enough adjustment for toe (the toe adjuster is bottomed out towards the center of the car) so i bought a set of suspension technequies (i cant spell) rear toe adjuster and fixed the problem now handles like a champ.
