Looks like an H3. Did you pull out your stock ones?

Yea the prelude uses an H1 for both high and low beams. I am assuming this is for one of those ...correct ? Because if im not mistaken the only thing an H3 is used for on a prelude is on the JDM fogs which doesnt come standard on any US ludes.

ya man, those are the wrong bulbs, the prelude uses H1 which look skinny and it doesnt have that wire, thats a foglight bulb.

5th gen preludes are H1, and DO NOT buy that brand! i had some for about 2 months before they blew out. bought some again and they only lasted 3 months. get some nice raybrig bulbs, there was a thread on her and people were saying they last pretty long and look good.

You have to remove the rubber boot, and then there is a clip on the back of the light bulb that you need to undo. The owners manual has pictures that may make it easier.

For those with the raybrig bulbs, anyone have a picture of the bulbs at night that they can post? What color do you have?

Just wondering because I want to replace the stock bulbs to something fresh and white, but don't want something that looks blue (which some claimed 'white' bulbs turn out to be)

thanks
