quick mini me question
On a b7/y8 motor in an eg hatch, the power just stops around 6500 as if its hitting a rev limiter. It has a stock p28, wired obd1, 4 wire o2, vtec dizzy all that...
i know stock redline on a p28 is 7200, and fuel cut is around 7500
could it be the timing, either cam or distributor? i guess it just comes down to tuning.
also it surges at idle between 1k-2k rpm
