just a question....
Why dont people just swap out the entire wiring harness when they do the swaps (ls motor with ls harness, gsr with gsr harness)? When i had my 96 hatch i swapped a ls in it and just swapped the entire harness... I understand you cant use the jdm harness's b/c the rhd (or can you?) but other than that it seems like it would be much easier....
Just a question, and i'm sure there's a resonable answer

Donno question back at you. How fast is the Integra LS engine? How many HP and liters etc. I got one in my garage and dont know if i should swap engines;
In car
1.6L Si
Cam
CAI
Header
Exhaust
Ported intake manifold
Should i swap this setup for an LS engine???? This is pretty fast but would a LS be much faster?

From what I can see swapping the entire main harness is a bitch since it runs everywhere under the dash. I tried to swap the entire harness on my swap and gave up.
Well like i said i had it in a 96 hatch... but it was turbo/nos...
with stock ls tranny, 11psi, and 50 shot it ran a 12.3 on street tires.
But this was 2 years ago... the numbers might be wrong....
Oh guys, how much nos would you say i can spray on a stock b20? 50 safely, 70 riskin it?

In the 96 + cars the engine harness is completely seperate from the body harness, but on CRX's this is not the case. The body harness also contains half the wiring for the engine harness, and each model (DX,Si,HF) has a different wiring setup. So unless you change the body harness as well, you need to use the same engine harness as the chassis.
Woah body harness.... body harness that controls??? Now i'm begining to understand why you guys dont change them out.
As far as the b20(z) swap.... fill me in with the harness details (do i use the stock harness? if not what about this body harness?) oh the car is a 91 hf

For any swap, you will use your HF engine harness and add whatever wires you may need to to the HF harness, assuming you are going to convert the B20 to OBD0.

Correct, and the wires that remain in the car, the ones you unplug it from, make up the body harness and continue down to the ECU. In the newer cars, the harness goes inside the car directly to the ECU and unplugs from there, there are no other plugs.
