how much would each be for parts and installation and about how much power would each make? i know parts can vary, but gimme an approximation.

I personally think you will get much more out of the b20/vtec than the h22. What will this setup be running in? if its a hatch I seen them put down only mid 14's and b20/vtec I've seen put down like high 12's!!!!

That would be correct you can find a b20 block anywhere for $900 and a b16 head for like 300-350 and thats $1,200.. so i would guess that is right

 

um... I would say that you look around and piece it together yourself much cheaper and better I am getting a 99 si head and a b18b (that im having sleeved and honed to 86mm) all this and a chipped p28 $1150 so look around and you will find a better deal im guessing. Good luck

 

A new b20 block from A&H motorsports is about $1400.

 

That seems like a pretty good price to me.
