ok so today i started using the the red push button to change my vtec crossover point and my rev limiter. The crossover isnt changing where i want it to. i even tried to set it to 4500rpms just to see if it would crossover. Don't all base S200's come with options i.e. rev limiter, launch control, vtec crossover???? I did just the way it said to on the little disc that it comes with. Also my car is idling high. Normally around 1200rpms or so. But when I start her up she is at 2k rpms. Any of you guys had similar problems?

 

it should idle at 2k rpms until it warms up, then it decrease its idle rpm

mine with s200 idles at 2k until it gets warm, then drops down to about 1k rpm

not sure on the rev limiter thing, my rev limiter is also fucked up. I have hondata s200 and my tuner cant get the rev limiter to set. He sets it on the computer, burns the chip, puts in my ecu, but still no limit set. Then we he checks the chip the computer says a limit it set. ....but there isnt

i got sick and tired of waiting for hondata to tell my guy the right way to fix it so i just bought a msd 6 ignition w/rev limiter. going to install it in a few day's.
