Id have to say that the x-member is hands down the best mod Ive done to my car besides my swap and getting boosted. Custom ground 4ga wires is a close second tho.

Whats your application? I like mine enough to keep them for the time being. I just wish Jim would update his design a bit.

Depending on your setup, this bar may not benifit you. Jim said that there is fitment issues if you have Haspport mounts and you want to run a 4-1 header. Other than that its great.

Actually I emailed him not too long ago and he said he stopped making them in bulk because of how high the demand was. If you ask him to make you one I'm sure he would do it.

All I want him to do is make the radius rods adjustable while they are still attached, i.e. Full Race. Thats about my only gripe...

This is one of the things that sets the Jimfabs apart from the rest of the traction bars out there.... and for good reason.

The lca's on our old as ef's only have one mounting point to the chassis. If jim were to use radius rods that could be adjusted on the car like the Full-Race bars, it would still allow the LCA to "Rotate" placing alot of stress on the uca's.... you can actually see it happen on a dyno.

L-con is comming out with a traction bar for our ef's that will have the solid radius arms like the jimfab's

Speaking of Jimfab and how awsome his stuff is, does anybody have any info on when he'll be back? I went to get a crossmember from him but he's out for a bit.

I see. Thanks.

Bottom Line they are a good, stout bar. I have been able to run a Half sized Fluidyne with the bars really well too.

I bought a bar from him about 6 months ago but since my car isn't running I don't have any feedback.
