Default question about ecu

is it possible to set the governor on your car so that you can't exceed a certain speed limit? If so, do you have to purchase something to do this and is it expensive? Thanks for your replies.

The best solution I see is to not get a ticket for awhile. That's the only way to build up your parent's trust. Take it easy on the gas bro.

So an 80 mph governor would not stop you from getting another 63 in a 35 ticket. A governor is not the answer. Changing your driving habits is.

i agree, it can be removed very simply too and most likely would be if they put it on
