Possibly but also JDM engines I believe only say B16A and no numbers after it, regardless of OBD. Im not 100% but have heard that.

thats true, no JDM engines have numbers after the engine code, but he is right in that being a 1st gen B16, the head says PR3-4 which means its an OBD0 motor, but its obviously converted to OBD2 so it means nothing that its not origionally an OBD2 motor.
anyways bump for the seller, that car would look sweet with a paint job
