Default Torque specs for a balljoint and swaybar link

Anyone know the torque specs for the drivers side balljoint (with Upper Control Arm) and the drivers side swaybar link should be. I called all 3 Honda dealers in my city and they gave me a range from 29lbs to 80lbs. It's a bit of a gap there so I'm either guessing there is no real torque specs or they don't know what they are talking about. Anyone know what they should be¿

its a ball joint, when u get to a certain point it will just spin (use air gun to get it to this point)... do it that tight, as for the sway bar... idk

No offense but that doesn't sound right. Are talking about the balljoint itself or are you talking about the 2 bolts for the control arm and the lower one? The balljoint and the control arm are pressed already.

It's 32 ft/lb for the BJ, still have the turn it until you can get the cotter pin through. The sway bar links are tightened down until the rubber is 1/2 it's size.
