Do you have a short shifter by any chance?

It may be your shift linkage hitting your cat converter

check your rear motor mount, the one in my old integra ripped completely so i went ahead n bought the energy suspension motor mount insert kit and did the rear along with the front torque mounts and i noticed a pretty big improvement on launches as well as getting rid of the "thud" noise and shifter movement

**buy esmm insert kit

Quick question, did the LCA bushing cause ur shifter to move when playing with the throttle?
