Default Engine Break In (quick question)

Im droping a rebuilt D16a1 into my 87 crx, im running the stock D16a1 ECU and everything, can I break it in on that setup? the cylenders are not bored and the motor is stock. I do have a MSD 6A, Blaster 3 Coil and MSD Dist cap, will this make a difference? or should I put the stock coil back in?

(I searched and came up empty)

oops, no "O" in engine, typo.

That will be fine to run that motor. That ignition is way overkill, but won't hurt.
