Default Speed Chip

Does anyone have any actual facts about those speed chips they sell in ebay, that are inserted between the IAT Sensor?

Do they actually work and what are they....?

Any Comments Welcomed

Im running crome chipped p28 this chip is burned for my 12.5.1 type R motor . those chips just bump the red line and vtec with no tuning for the motor that your runing ! so you can skip timing or not have fuel where you need it at parts of the rev!

They just basically fool the motor into using more fuel. If anything, they make the motor operate out of its efficiency range.
