Danger with adjusting cam gears too much????

I would like to know how many degrees you can adjust your cam gears without the pistons hitting the valves. I've been searching but i cant find a exact number. Thanks in advence.

Depends on which cams, head, and valves you are running.

The setup is a stock b16 with gsr cams.
