well.. yesterday i was coming home from work and all of a sudden the car starts smoking from under the hood, through the exhaust and it wouldn't stop. thank god i was only less than half a mile from my house. when i got to my house i popped the hood, and tried to see where the smoke was coming from. the only thing i could see is smoke coming from the intake area.

so today i took it to a local shop and come to find out that i need a new engine. i dont really have the money to fix it now since i just bought a bike. so now my prelude will just have to sit in the driveway. good thing here in FL we have riding season all year long

Umm, did the shop explain how or why the motor blew? How did they diagnose the problem?

 

Yeah, ask them WTF happened besides it just blew. I have made that mistake before in the past...
