I put rota wheels on the aRR??? Im getting so sick and tired of looking for a good set of used volks. I thought I was good on a set of gold gram lights, but seller change his mind.... It is getting old, I am finding myself awake til 4am looking for wheels. It is frickin impossible to find a set of used 5x114.3. I am almost dead set on a set of gold wheels, but man... wish I could find a set.

Please if anyone knows of their moms cousins's brother's daughter's boyfriend who has a set of 16-17 5 lugs wheels, holla. Im open to suggestions. My budget is trying to stay under 1g, but depending on how good of a deal I will pay a bit over..

 

I don't think you'd be the only one with Rotas on a Type-R. It's not a Ferrari.

no, they can last for quite awhile actually, however they don't do to well under heavy stress and can tend to crack on you as the material they're made from don't to to well if you happen to hit a small pothole or find some rough construction.

just don't go get the Rays Volk stickers made for them

 

If I were you, I'd wait it out. Stop thinking about it for a week and then search again and new stuff usually pops up. Its just that when you look everyday, it seems like alot more time is going by than it really is.

Yup, those are the ones I have. 15x7 Slipstreams. They're still available for $500 shipped from machiii.net I think.

 

Lots of peeps rock the RoTa's. No shame in that. I've had a set and they were great. I'd buy them again, just another model. Great for the track, fairly cheap to replace if something happens. I'll never understand why people hate on the Rota line.

i have set of shitstream on my R.. no problem so far.. and they still look like spoom rims

 

i'm rocking Rotas as well. i love em but i might wanna change the color some time soon. maybe Bronze or gold
