Default tire question

ok, i am fairly new here, and i dont have that much time with my s2k. i do a lot of road racing, but i havent been out on the track since they stopped making the falken azenis sport. what do you guys think of the new falken azenis? what do you guys recommend in general? something i can take on the track aswell as the street, any input would be greatly appreciated, . also, can you fit 245s all the way around? thanks in advance

You dont want to run a larger front tire unless you have a front swaybar.

As for a great all around tire, checkout the Hankook RS2s - they are about 1/2 the price as the stock S02's and give 97% of the performance.

Peronsally I like the stock S02's. But the BFgoodrich Ka's series are great tires too. Also I don't think a 245 will fit upfront with stock rims. It will rub.

if its raining i drive, my s2k is my daily driver right now, willing to spend around 6-700 dollars, could push it a little more

600-700?

I like my S02's on the track, def better than Azenis (not a whole lot but noticeable)

S02's will cost more in the range of 700-800. Maybe a used set for cheap

Edge racing has a sale. A set of Azenis for about 550-600.

I also like the stock S02's but they are a bit pricy. I just bought some for $400 for just the rears only .

I've owned the older Azenis and Advan Neova AD07's. I prefer the Advans, but they are a bit pricey. I don't have any personal experience with the new model Azenis.
