Default Anyone Heard of "Borbet" Wheels?

So my friend has a set of Borbet wheels, they seem pretty light and cool looking yet, I have never heard of them. Anybody here heard of them? Are they a good brand? Anyone interested in a good price for em?

They're type Bs, but look very hot IMO. He wants something bigger, like 17's so he wants to sell pretty cheap.

Size are 16's, bolt pattern is 4X100! I dunno offset, but if you're interested, I can find out!

No pics as of yet, he decided to sell em today after a lot of thought. Will have pics up later if interest is shown.

Comes with tires yes. 4 tires, however, there's a slow leak in one of em. He's looking to get about 400 for all with tires, but willing to negotiate of course.

They looks like this with tires, and a few scuff marks.

I just sold a set of those, 4x114.3, 16", with scuffs on em for about 120, I was desperate to get rid of them.

Theyre good wheels, just a bit heavy. Theyre 115 new on tirerack

i've heard of them. i'm not sure if they're good or not, i had thought they made more wheels with offsets for cars like VW's, but i could be mistaken

Borbet is a German manufacturer, they´ve been around for years. The wheels are good quality, maybe a little too heavy and in the medium price segment.

I guess the Borbet A was the most popular wheel on the BMW E30 series over here.

I don't like the Type A's at all. The Type B's on the other hand I would honestly rock.

haha, Borbet are the poorest rims here in GER. They may be good quality for the price but they are also heavy as ****
Looking good on some youngtimers but thats it.
