If you plan to supercharge it, get the Crower stage 2 turbo cam. You'll also need to upgrade your springs and retainers to run stage 2/3

the best cams for h22's are the jun cams. The hp gains are the bigest in the market and you will have the best idle you can have with aftermarket cams, almost stock, but they are NA cams. if you have plans for boost get some turbo ones.

Take that comment with a grain of salt.

Rocket, Crower, JUN, and Skank2 are all good NA cams.

thanks skunked...JUN cams have alot of hype

as far as "stage three" goes; everyone on this forum needs to stop ambigously using the word "stage" followed by numbers 1 thru 6. if its a certain product with "stage three" as a title, then that will do. But just saying:

that will not do at all. There is no universal "stage three". Unless its "stage three rice"

They are good cams, but not the "best". I run Crower Stage 3's and I have a few buddies with Skunk2 stg2's. The stage 2 skunks have more lift than the crower 3's.
