I just started driving my 00 ex again after having it sit in my dad's driveway for a year and a half, after cleaning it up and fluid changes I noticed the intermediate wipers & interior lights aren't working. I've read that they are on the same circuit so I figured the fuse was probably blown but after replacing it still no go.

I've done some research on this issue but can't seem to find an answer other than the relay could be messed up?

But if there was an issue with the relay for the intermediate wipers would it affect my interior lights since they run on the same circuit?

 

also tried silly things like plugging in new lights etc...

what about the outlet near my cup holders where you can plug in a cig lighter or radar detector? That's been disconnected while I wasn't driving it and I don't have the item to reconnect it, does that run on the same circuit or could cause any issues?

Any solutions please...

**EDIT: also my cluster/climate control lights work fine, as well as the radio too.
