so my b16a transmission seems to be VERY stick sumtimes untill the car is warmed up, sumtimes it never becomes unsticky, like doesnt want to go into gear, if i start out in 2nd and then go from there eventually it works itsself out... does this seem like a underlining problem or is it ok to start out in 2nd nothing will harm of it?

or have you had a expierence with b series transmissions needing to warm up to shift into gear good, give me your thoughts and opinions
