I went to the store i came back to my car...i tried to ignite it..but the battery dies out....i cleaned the terminals of the battery and wires...and put rag on positive side....but nothing....as soon as it is goin to give out spark....car dies out...only time i get to start the car is when someone is jump starting it....i repeat...
i soon as i switch to ignite...battery dies out..i let go..and battery reacts and gives power...whats the problem....starter? alternator?

Hard to tell from your writing skills..(what's the "rag on positive side" about?).
The battery can power the dash indicators, radio, and the dome light because that draws very little current compared to what you need to crank the engine.
If the battery doesn't have enough amps to start the car, it's past it's service life or isn't getting a charge from the alternator. The best thing to do is get the battery tested at some of those auto parts chain stores that offer free testing. Replace it if it's bad.
If the new battery goes dead on you, you've either got some parasitic draw while the car is off or the alternator isn't recharging it.
