replacement key for 2004 S2000 - where to source transponder blanks?
I recently bought a 2004 S2000. I am a bit forgetful so I want to cut a spare key just incase the inevitable occurs and I loose my key. I have been looking online to buy transponder blanks and found that this year actually takes a different one to prior years as it uses a 4 track key.
The sites that I found selling the ILCO - Ho01T / JET - HD110-N-PT only provide to certified locksmiths. Anyone know where to get these keys from?

Its interesting how market dynamics work here - Honda has managed to design and make necessary a $150 + tax key from its dealerships and JET have managed to produce a key that sells for $12 http://www.nvo.com/natl/displa...12648.
If the difference was just a couple of dollars I would have just said I'll follow the path of least resistance - but just think how many pints $140 comes to

Well it's like any oem part for a car, if you had to buy every part to build the car, your $20,000 car would cost you $100,000, you didn't think car manufacturers made their money on the car did you? the make it selling oem parts, like a $10 key blank for $150, the government doesn't give a rats ***, tax on $10 or tax on $150 and until someone makes an aftermarket part at a reasonable, [fair] price, we as consumers are SOL.
