it took em 3 days of spare time at work to get through 60 pages.. it's well worth it to see all the nice preludes in there...

a mod needs to clean out teh comments and the broken pics though

Vis,
I have a quick release, if you put both of them on un-modified you will not be able to reach the signals with out moving your hand off of the wheel. To some that is not a problem, but I could not stand it. So I cut about two inches out of my adapter. I will post some better pics later.

Here are some more detailed pics

and with the cover removed

Thanks, thats a sick wheel you had there.....I think ill just take my chance with the HKB hub and NRG QR. shouldn't be too bad since its not like a drive my prelude everyday anyway.

Vis,
I just used a dremel, bench grinder, level and flat surface. Mind you, add two and half inchs to this version. That quick release is interesting.

with 2 inches more I dont think I will mind too much. I only drive it when its nice out or weekends so it wont bug me too much to hit the turn signal. If its too close can always do what you did i guess

maybe I'm a ***** (feel free to comment on that one), but I kinda like having my airbag on my prelude. It's a street car, and I'm kind of a safety ****...

but the quick release on @ries' 4th gen is awfully sexy...

I like the air bag too but i dont drive my car much, drive it to shows or around town and that is pretty much it, never going real real fast or anything. the car i drive everyday doesnt have an airbag either so i duno. Im 6'2 so i sit far from the wheel and always wear a seat belt so i feel pretty safe without it

yeah, I was looking into getting a quick release, but the spacing was an issue, What are some decent looking aftermarket steering wheels? I can only find crazy momo stuff
