Default Buying a 94 DX Coupe

I am looking into buying a 94 Civic DX coupe for about 1500. it has 185k miles on it but is in pretty damn good condition. i was wondering if this is a good deal or should i wait and look into getting something different. i currently have an 04 si but i want an older civic bc i want to get into the b-series game again for a project car. let me know what you guys think? oh and also it is completely stock.
