I just did a header swap on my Ej D16z6 motor and I couldnt get the o2 sensor off the stock manifold So I Used a plug and am driving it now. The weird thing is there was no change in the way it drove, I was told it shouldnt be running as well right now. Does any1 know anything about it? And should I get a o2 sensor quick or am I fine without it for a while cuz its 100$

 

the o2 sensor in the header controls how rich or lean your air/fuel ratio is. you will tear through gas and get a check engine light. i would get it soon but ive driven without it before for a little while and had no problems other than shitty fuel mileage
